Over 25 years ago, as an officer in the Marine Corps, I prided myself on taking care of my Marines. Today, as a Financial Planner, I pride myself on helping to take care of my clients.
I find that everyone needs a financial checkup. Some need a complete review, while others only need to focus on a particular area; such as investments, insurance, retirement planning, or estate planning. The common thread is that they feel a sense of confidence about their financial future as a result of my financial planning.
I am able to independently review, evaluate, and recommend a wide variety of financial strategies including; 401(k)s, self-directed IRAs, tax free municipal bonds, tax deferred annuities, mutual funds, life insurance, and investment advisory programs.
I offer investment advice that adheres to the principles of Modern Portfolio Theory. By using state of the art Asset Allocation software, I am able to help you build a diversified investment portfolio that is designed to provide return potential that is compatible with your financial goals, time horizon and tolerance for risk.
I am a graduate from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. I served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps for 6 years. I served as a board member of the Rancho Santa Fe Patriots Initiative, and the Encinitas Mustang Lacrosse program.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, surfing, coaching, and watching lacrosse. I’ve been married to my wife Beth for 24 years and we have 3 children Mike, Tom, and Katie.
